AR15 80% Lower
Do you want a non-serialized AR15? You will need to buy an 80% finished lower & milling jig.
I purchased an Easy Jig from 80% Arms and it got lost in a move before I ever used it. It was lost for years and just found it in Nov of 2018. So, if you looking for a NIB AR15 Milling jig give me a shout.

I purchased a 5D Tactical 80% milling jig that only requires drilling 2 holes, changing 2 guide pins on the router base, and adjusting the end mill depth to mill the fire control pocket. There are guide holes for the trigger pins & safe/fire selector. The kit supplies all the necessary parts except a router & drill stop collar.

After I completed the milling I clean the lower with my Soda Blaster.
After the Soda Blaster I clean (soak) the lower with some aluminum cleaner.
Now is the time to test fit all your parts just in case there is a fitment problem!
Now that it is clean, it's time to add some self-etching primer if you plan on painting the lower. This primer is kinda OD green so you could just leave it if you want.
OBTW - After the fact I have decided NOT paint any of the milled portion.
Lastly a coat of paint, color optional.
